Product introduction:
The catalyst is produced by coprecipitation method using copper as active component and Zinc Oxide as auxiliary agent.
The catalyst is suitable for the industrial process of producing industrial hydrogen by steam conversion of methanol or decomposition of methanol. It is especially suitable for the hydrogen production needs of medium and small ydrogen users. The HNC-01 catalyst has excellent methanol decomposition and CO conversion properties. During the process of hydrogen production by methanol steam conversion, the reaction of methanol decomposition and CO transformation is completed in the same catalyst bed, which makes the process greatly simplified and the operation reliability is enhanced. At the same time, due to the coupling of the methanol decomposition reaction with the CO transformation reaction of the exothermic reaction, the reaction heat is effectively used and the hot issues which may be caused by the exothermic reaction can be eliminated, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.

CO＋H2O-------> CO2＋H2 ＋43.5KJ/mol (2)
Stability and storage:
During the storage and transportation, we should avoid tumbling and violent impact. The catalyst is susceptible to moisture in the air. It should be sealed and stored in a dry place. It is easily contaminated by poison. The storage place should be free of sulphide and chloride. In general, it can be stored for several years, and its physical and chemical properties are unchanged.
